Hi guys, the hulls will be $5000 usd at this stage , just the bare hull with lifters, no turf, includes scupper , we are working on a new hood.
the bottom deck only will be $3000 usd
I will work on some freight costs in the next 2-3 weeks just getting busy with the Australian freeride comp and Aussie titles but will try to keep u updated

5 K sounds ok, but add another 1 k for transport and some other usd for customs, taxes, etc...

Here is a picture of the ported cases that my ADA is going on and also some lifters that where done for my new flatwater boat, the lifters can also be made in epoxy

Just out of interest, do Yamaha know that you are copying their hull? I doubt that they're going to like the fact that you're stealing their IP (the hull shape) to make money.. just my 2c.

Im not sure, probley wronge but I think if a part has a copy right and some one else wants to make it there has to be atleast a 10% change in the design. this hull being carbon is more than a 10% change. Kinda like the carbone b-pipes

For your information andrew I am sponsored by Yamaha they help with parts , i run there stickers and promote there ski's, the point is yes there is alot of changes, apart from just the material, the pump intake is different, chines are different, the hole engine bay with firewall is custom.
We are making a new hood which is custom as well.

We all start out on stock superjets and Kawi's then we get to a point where they can not take the abuse and these hulls are required, if you have any questions andrew come to the yamah Freeride on the gold coast i am sure there are alot of 97-08 aftermarket hulls.
And everytime someone wants to get into the sport they go buy a stock yammy first that is what i tell everyone to do i have seen people buy after markets ski's and can not ride you need the basics first.....o and the aftermarket racing hull bottom will actually be on the yamaha display for the PWC expo in February 21 , u are welcome to come look and ask anything you want.

Thats alot of $$ in Carbon, but it sounds like it does have some fiberglass in it as well. Im just trying to figure out how its only 5k shipped to the US, but then again it does not include a hood either I guess. Materials to build a hull like this is VERY expensive, and I think that is what alot of people may not understand.

Sounds reasonable.... 77lbs is pretty light.
