No driving on the beach anywhere in SoFl and unless we have a fairly big north easter the waves will be pretty flat. I no longer live that far south, but spent 25 years trying to find a wave down there. There are a number of people on ere that ride in that area. Steve from WaterCraft Factory's shop is in Dania which is 10 minutes south from Ft Laud.

I'm sure others will chime in, have fun!!!

what do you mean get them off track....

also is there a good place to find decent 3 or more footer waves? ill drive up to an hour every day to ride down there....

they ride MX. it's hard to get them to ride their ski's if there's not a big event.

if you drive north to sebastion inlet there is a better chance for waves. thats where FL-Cracker lives too.

xeon, you will very upsett w/ that area... no waves to speak of and the inlet is a 20 min no wake zone to the non existant surf. Do your self a favor and drive up to West Palm and rip it. PM Sanford, he lives up there and knows the area....

Cape Coral FL,
I normally live in Fort Lauderdale but am in St Pete for a couple more months!
The ocean does come alive most afternoons, unfortunately, as previously mentioned, no beaching!
You can launch from SE 15th st, from there it is only a 5 minute idle to Everglades inlet, once at the inlet, you can rip out to the ocean.
If you hang around Point of Americas (where the inlet meets the ocean) there are plenty of big waves from all the boat traffic as well as tidal action.
There are several riders in the area that are on this forum.
Oh yea, the water is always warmer too!

Pick any weekend but March 14-16... I will be on the road for the Pismo freeride that weekend.

I am about 25miles from Sebastain Inlet. I got a Spare Bedroom with your name on it.... plenty of couches, and floor room for anyone else as well....

The best thing to do would be hit up Sebastain on your way down, or on your way back to save on alot of driving. I dont work weekends, and get off at 2:00pm on Fridays....

I live a couple miles from a bar that goes off. ;)

Pm me

If you don't mind riding some flat water, I usually go out every weekend at Markam park along with the infamous SFL and the Rickster. We sometimes get some good ski boat wakes here and there and our friend Paul make a kick azz barbecue.

Hell! ...don't matter if you have waves with 1000cc's!!
