Does anyone know if they are on vacation or something like that? I sent them some CDIs a week ago and have been calling everyday to get an estimate, goes strait to VM? Thanks!

i just got my coil back mid week last week. so he was there last week

Hmm don’t know but he must be because he always gets back with customers as soon as possible if there is one thing John has that are a great customer service from my dealings with him and the St. Louis crew.

yup, I think John has always called me back.... may take him a day or so if he's swamped, but he usually calls back.

I spoke to John last week. From mid-November he is giving up his day-time job and will work 100 % at JSS! He will operate from 10 am to 10 pm Monday thru Saturday. That should make his service even better! He'll be back here and on "the other site" as well as in PWC related press with more info!:Banane09:

I also know he had a ****-load of things to organize around this change, so that may be why there's some waiting...

awesome. I'm about to send him my ebox and stator to bullet proof it.

stator quick disconnect
start/stop quick disconnect
battery terminal studs
coil re wire
new spark plug boots
new gasket
new hardware to hold the lids together
new battery wires
new stator grommet
and what ever else he recommends.

Looks like I'll get it back quick.
