I had to leave that part at the end....Josh giving me instruction and 2 second later his ski was 200 yards away!

I was suprised that even the worst flops were not brutal to me. Now, my hood was cracked in 3 places, but I had no bodilly carnage. (repaired hood b4 next morning).
When the guys who know what they're doing say, "Don't Bail", I guess they're right. I stayed in the tray. I could see how you could get hurt if you bail. I would not have tried in more shallow water. The waves were enough and the water was deep enough for a 1st timer.
