After a rebuild, I think it's dead

I Just got the 90 superjet with a 760 engine out of the shop for a top end rebuild. He said the bottom end was still good. He rejetted it to ( I can't read his writing very well, so i'll try my best to write it here so maybe someone can make sense of it)...1.5 N+S, 256 spring, 130 main, 70 pilot. Low 1 1/2 turns, high 2 turns. Again sorry if I butchered the numbers. Long story short, he said if anything it will be on the higher side of rich, and he would adjust it after the break in. I went out and broke in the engine the way he said, it ran very well. Then it died. One spark plug actually melted causing a piece of the electrode to close the cap. The other plug's electrode stayed inside the head when I took the plug out to inspect it. This thing makes me sad. I bought it in augest for 2K and since then i've put another 2k into it. I love it and hate the damn thing.
