Is that place just north of the public beach in silver lake? Like the public beach where you go past the "termite bridge" and through some woods and end up and a turn around.... were u just north of there on lake MI?

yes thats the place. I am there 4 or 5 times a summer.

crazy!! I stayed at a place along that road past termite bridge going to the public access. we walked up there cuz we heard some skis, i was SOOO close to walking over to see if we could use ur bigfoot cart to launch my SN and 750 X2 cuz we didn't have access to lake mi except in pentwater, where we ended up riding that weekend.... idk what stopped me, prolly the millions of "private beach" signs scared me away....lol
