95 Square nose XFT conversion

So since I cant ride till after august 20th (if the doctor says so) I decided to do a conversion out of boar dome. I picked up a 95 off of Special-FX. I'm not positive if I will be using WCF or XFT top deck. I figure I can get it cleaned up and the tubbies installed whille I make up my mind.

Here are some more pic's. What a pain in the nuts to get the decks separated. I found a crack in the hull which I think I did taking the deck off so I need to fix that now. Can someone tell me what these numbers mean in the last pic. I know the ones in the pump area are for the shims and there aren't any on the intermediate shaft housing. Are these for the motor mounts?

How do you like your Superior ski stand? I am needing one myself. Sure I could build one but for the time/money, but ordering one would be easier. Bummer is paying the shipping to the east coast.

There were some stress cracks in the back so I re-enforced the back. Got the side sanded down also and the pump shoe removed (PAIN IN THE A**). My tubbies will be here on Tuesday so I got to figure out whose topdeck to use.

got the stock exhaust hole filled in, put the final coat of 404 on the bottom of the hull this weekend and will be ordering my top deck this week. I have allot of sanding to do this week

I just got off the phone with Sergio and ordered my top deck and X-7 hood. he said it will ship out on the 30th of this month and he can ship it to Philadelphia airport to save me some cash. He is a great guy to deal with. My tubbies showed up today so those will be going on this week.

Got the Tubbies prepped today and marked. I have to go get some c clamps to help me with the mounting. I am going to do the "Slutty" install.
