yes , its been sitting for a couple of years!!!

Did you test the carbs or just clean them? Cleaning them does not mean the needles or the fuel pumps are working. A popoff gauge is needed. You will likely need to rebuild the carbs. Also make sure you aren't doing anything silly like having the petcock in the wrong position. You can eliminate a few silly things like that by running one line straight from the tank to the carb. Clear fuel line is good for testing so you can see if the carbs are trying to pull fuel up. You can choke the carbs by putting your hand over the air intake if you have a stock box.

I have not test the carbs, i will get a popoff gauge, the petcockk its in the right posotion, I took it of the ski and tested it, next thing I will do its to rebuilt the carbs , will try with clear fuel lines , do not know what else coul it be other than the diaphgram?? io do not know if its that critical, however I will rebuilt the carbs. any other suggestiuons ???? thank for the help!!!!!

Don't just rebuild them. Test them. See if that is the problem before you just throw parts at it. Sure, you can just order the kits and needles (genuine mikuni ONLY) when you order the gauge if it has been sitting a few years, but genuine mikuni parts actually hold up very well.

You say diaphragm but that's usually not the part that is bad. That makes me wonder if when you said you cleaned the carb if it included the fuel pump side. That side leaks from corrosion and has an internal fuel filter that can clog up completely.

Also, clear fuel line sucks. Don't replace the OEM lines with it. Just buy a 5ft section of clear for testing and you can use it for siphoning the tank when needed.
