SX/SXi/SXi Pro 750SS Parts What should I keep

I am a newbie with a 92 750SX. Today I bought a 93 750 SS for parts. The original plan was to buy the motor only, but the guy said take the whole ski and trailer for the motor price. Most likely will scrap the hull, but what parts should be kept besides the motor stuff and electric box.

Driveshaft and cables won't work though.

The throttle cable will work on an X2. I am using a '94 XI SS throttle cable in my X2. List it for sale as a part that can be used for the X2, clearly state it's from a XI SS, that others have used it but you cannot provide confirmation that it will work. Provide pictures and measurements and tell the buyer it is their responsibility to ensure fitment before purchasing. Probably worth $30 or so shipped.

Does the hull have a title? I sold my '94 XI SS hull with little effort.

Thanks guys. I will keep the exit nozzle and give the throttle cable to my friend who has an X2. The ski only has a bill of sale no title, but the trailer is worth more than what I payed for everything.

That is about what I expected. The head is trash, but the cylinders will clean up when bored. I got some good parts and can make money on the trailer in the spring

Austin I may have a few of those throttle cables lying around. I'll take a peek in the garage on monday and see what I've got. I'd give em all to you for the price of one. Well at least as many as I can fit in a flat rate box.

I talked to to my buddy with the X-2 and he said he would take the cables. It sounds like Bruceski has already got you hooked up. Hope You guys have a Happy New Year and thanks for all the advice. I am a total newbie on standups, the last time I rode a standup was in 1979 working at the local Kawasaki dealership. Looking forward to spring.

There is a hole in the pump tunnell,relized that when I took the pump out. If you need something off the hull let me know. I was going to cut it up sometime soon. Can take some pics if you like. It is pretty beat. I am in Charlotte often and am going to scrap most of the hull.

How long is the 750ss driveshaft? I may be interested.

750ss/xi driveshafts work in 650sx hulls with 750 pumps/impellers. The cdi from that 93SS is probably better than the one in the 92SX.
