Super Jet 700 Superjet flow control

Hi guys I was wondering how many washers I should use on my flow control the ski has a factory b-pipe,head,stock waterbox (soon to be xscream) and just wondering how many washer I should use

I have a provalve and my builder setup my ski with 3 pissers. 2 as usual for the cooling, but the 3rd is after the flow control valve. This way he could see exactly when and home much water goes to the stinger. It can make a little extra noise at idle, but it's tolerable.

Only way to really know is to keep your ski on the trailer and see how much water comes out of it with each washer and a tachometer. The only thing I have noticed with mine is that it is a little louder.
 
I installed and ran on 1 washer with the hose and noticed there's a lot more water comming out of the pipe piser last season there would rn be any and I ran it on the hose earlier before I put it on and not a lot but when I put it on there was 8 times more comming out and not as much out of the exhaust

Take the flow control valve off of the stinger. Hook the ski up to the trailer or against the doc, and give it gas until it opens up. Set it so it opens up when you want it to. Nobody can tell you the exact amount of washers to use because the pressure in every cooling system is different dependent on cooling line routing, line lengths, prop and pump and nozzle setup, etc. You may even have to add a restriction to get proper flow at a certain rpm with a flow control valve. It's never just plug and play.

Make sure you are keeping pressure in the bpipe headpipe. Acheive this result by restricting flow out the top of headpipe before flow control. I use a 3mm plastic bushing shoved in coolingline.

To get the most out of your flow control, you will also need a tiny tach. I have used the tiny tach brand, but prefer the hardline brand from amazon. They are so inexpensive.
I set my flow control valve to open at 3500- 4500rpm. Use above method on trailer, in water. Depends on how much flow you have through the chamber/headpipe. So a tach will help you dial it all in.

The drier you can make it, and the hotter you run it the better the performance,imo. But you can FRY your rubber couplers if not careful.
