I removed most of it but im going to refoam when im finished. I dont think the foam weighs enough to make that big of a difference. Also i forgot to add a couple things to the list above Ocean Pro finned rideplate, R&D pump stuffer and blowsion heavy duty sxr pole spring slightly modified to fit my ski. I still might me missing a few things

I just laid the first piece of biaxial down and I’m waiting a couple hours for it to dry before I start on the sides. I had a crack and several stress cracks I needed to take care of. I added a few more pics to my album too.</SPAN>

I just finished reinforcing the hull except for under the handlepole area. Probably going to finish that along with the back of the hull and my footholds this next weekend. I think I’m going to move my exhaust back some. Either that or french it in to the tubbie. What do yall think and what would be the best thing to use for exhaust hose?

Looks awsome. Are u shooting for a freestyle ski out of this? I recently did a freestyle set up to my 650 this winter and came out great. Id just love to figure out an aftermarket poll setup

i try to get some pictures up but i moved my exahust to the right side so i could use a supertrapp exhaust and ran it out the back of the boat. In my opinion rear exahust is so much nicer then exshaust always blowing in your face.

I have my tubbies on to test fit, cut the tray back some to fit my x2 trim, shortened my handlepole and got it ready to be welded.</SPAN>

I am going for freestyle but not sure how the ported 650 will do yet. I’m sure it will be way better than stock but I can’t wait till I finish the sxr engine I working on. It already has ported cylinders and cases and I’m going with a 2 mill billet crank, 83mm piston with duel 44s. Should be plenty for what I am going to be doing with it. </SPAN>

I’ve been so busy lately I haven’t had much time to spend on it. The pole has been welded back up and I started glassing the rear of the ski. Me and a buddy of mine installed footholds in his square nose sj this weekend or attempted to. . . we couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t setting up and I was sure I measured right. It turns out that Blowsion sent him 2 bottles of part b and we didn’t catch it when we were mixing. It’s all good though we fixed it lol. He is trying to have it ready for lsfr. I was going to go too but I just found out that I’m on call that week.
