650 or 750?

how can you tell a 650 from a 750? i just bought an x-2 and i thought it was a 650 but now idk...

Looks like 750 to me but to tell you truth I have no clue

Looks like a 650 with a different color combo jugs/head.

intake manifold has 4 bolts per port in rectangular pattern.
750 has either 5 or 6 bolts in almost hex pattern

the grey head and cyl are a later model setup and have a better port timing than the black set.

does it have a pair of threaded bosses on the front of the cyl?

a place that looks like something bolts to it because something does bolt to it

The 750 Cylinder has two bolt holes on the front that are just below the head casket and kinda off centered towards the carb side. This is an exhaust bracket mount. The intake (like mentioned above) has 8 bolts on a 650 and 12 on a 750.

even though you know now, it says 650 or 750 right on the case. Near the intake manifold I think, but it could be on the other side. Either way, it's stamped into the case.
