62t motor carb settings

Location

I have a stock 62t dual carb motor with a b pipe. Does anyone have this set up and have carb settings off the top of their head? I feel like I can't get any low end out of this. The quick throttle response isn't there. Currently my jets are way to big. Any help would be appreciated!

Dual 38mm carbs are simple with a B pipe.
75 pilot jet
135 main jet
90 gram spring
1 turn low needle 1 1/2 turn on high needle to start usually end up perfect at 1 1/4 on high needle.
Thats with stock air box.

90 will be too lean and could cause it to free rev when you jump out of the water especially with aftermarket flame arresters

I have a limited 718, 170 psi, mod pipe, MSD enhancer, lightened flywheel, dual fiber reeds, reed stuffers, stock airbox with 2 screens instead of 3, 9/17 concord, stock nozzle.

I'm sitting at 18-20 psi, 75 low, 140 high and my ski rips from bottom to top.

Factory pipe repcmmends 95 gram spring. Will I notice a difference between 90 and 95?

115, 95, 80 and 65. There is no 90 gram spring.

Read this a few times. Once you think you've got it, read it a few more. It's never quite working the way we think it is.

Tuning a carb is not black and white or a science. It's a practice in patience.

Yes but a ported 62t with 38mm carbs will work with the same set up or maybe one size bigger main jet

Ok sorry for the mix up. My bad... I got a cold and the meds are affecting me.. lol
75 pilot jet
135 main jet
95 gram spring work best for a B pipe. We use the same set up with our ported topends but with a bigger main such as a 140 main jet and our small motors and big bores even go up to a 142.5 or a 145 msin jet. Sorry for the confusion.
