62T factory pipe manifold inserts

I am putting a waveraider manifold and B pipe on my 62T cylinder. I am needed two inserts to fill the 10mm holes for 8mm bolts. I called factory and they dont offer this part anymore. Does anyone have these?

You can just use heli-coils... I've personally done it.

Yes I am going to put heli-coils in the cylinders so I can use two 8mm bolts but all the holes in the manifold are for 10mm bolts. So I need and insert that will slide over the two 8mm bolts and fill the 10mm hole.

Check in any hardware store for aluminum spacers. They should have something that'll work.

I am confused- you are going to use heli-coils and bushings to make 8mm bolts work? You have a Raider cylinder and manifold, so why would you need anything but just 10mm bolts?

Yamaha has 10 mm capscrews with small (12mm) heads which are used on 760 couches. Failing that you can use 5/16 brass ferrules as spacers in the manifold. Plumbing section at Lowes or Home depot, or any auto store that sells brass fittings has these things- small, cheap.

Right, but I am saying if he has a Raider cylinder and manifold, he wont need to use any 8mm bolts with coils or inserts; all he needs are 10mm bolts.

x2, yall are making this harder than it has to be. i have worked at advanced auto parts and for about 20 bucks you can get the heli-coils with the correct tap and tool to insert them. very easy!
