Super Jet 61x bendix question

So my bendix is sticking and i want to replace it before Wave rave next weekend. Do you have to pull the flywheel to get the bendix out or can you squeeze it out??? just trying to save myself a little hastle from having to pull the flywheel.

You have to pull the flywheel.

There are other effective ways but the Cold fusion flywheel lock makes life easy for removal/installation. You will also need http://www.sears.com/craftsman-harm...p-00947626000P?prdNo=1&blockNo=1&blockType=G1

Doesnt have to be crafstman obviously many other brands out there.

anyways, Fro i would appreciate it a lot.

It works if i tap on the flyweel case, but i really dont want to be stuck on the lake with my bendix just spinning.
