5mm stroker with 88+mm bore?

Sure about that?

I'm 100% sure. I've ground over 150 cylinders ,many that have won Championships, and never had I had to do as much work as with the ADA to make it perform as I have to any other cylinder.

Bottom line - you get what you pay for. It can be made to run with any cylinder out there but it requires more planning and "work"

Art at Jetworks can work magic on a ADA cylinder. I was shocked at the power of my older generation cylinders and others have been shocked by it too.

I'm not sure about the port job itself, but Art Gomez at BlackJack performance is building me a complete ADA 10mm stroker (970cc) shortblock for under $5,400. That includes a new stroker crank, all case and cylinder port work, custom cut domes, etc.
I'd say that's pretty reasonable compared to other motors out there of the same size.

What are you talking about? A comparable DASA motor (same stroke, bore, stock cases) is about $6,200.

PS: For God's sake Elmore, proof-read your posts.

Lol, sometimes I have to manually delete entries that Swype learned from my bad typing.

Give art at Jetworks/Blackjack a call..
AFter changing my mind like 500 times, went with an 88mil bore with a 4 mil stroker crank...
Give him a ring and he will be glad to talk to you about all his options and what not.
