$500 for an X2?

I've never ridden one, but heard they're fun. I found one for $500 near me with a rebuilt engine, but it needs an impeller and pump work. It's an 88.

What do you think?

Buy the way, I have a fully ported 550 piston port cylinder that was done by Westcoast to Stage 3 back in the late 80's looking for a home, it will get you a ton of power, and 50mph.

$500 for one in good condition and running around here is common. $500-$1k for one with mods and running.

If that one requires work I'd wait to find one for $500 running unless they are rare/cost more there.

You can usually find pumps with impellers on Ebay for about $100.00

500 might be a beater, but it should run. I have seen them all the way up to 1500 if they are special, but most are 700-1100.
