I would love to see video of one of these in action with a motor other than a 300 in it. I'm going to pick up my 300sx hull in the next week or so. I'm so excited about this build.
can't wait to see it done man. im looking for a backflip/barrel roll machine for next year. so the bottom strakes on the hull all measure up nicely? looks like it was meant to be. love it man.
When you cut the 750 pump out go ahead and cut all the way up and around the motor mounts. You get to keep the battery tray too. Wish I would have done it that way, ahhh well.
Very cool build! What driveshaft do you plan to use?
Wonder what the measurements compare to a fx1?
What FP chamber is that? I've never seen that one before.

Not so sure it would work this/that way.
Sorry to interrupt this conversation you are having with yourself :silly: , but why not? Your motor mount spacing to the drive shaft and housing and everything would be correct if you left it all one piece. Would the engine be too far forward? If so, what if you set it back some so the 750 bulkhead was a few inches behind the 300 bulkhead. Then you'd basically have a setback pump and the nozzle would extend beyond the back of the boat. Not what you are going for?
What are you doing up front?
Im also worried about the way the hull is pointed in the middle up front and I need to square it off to make the nose look right. Im anxious to see what you do there.
