I've noticed a lot of people use 3 pissers on their ski's. I've only got 2 (one from the head and one from the head pipe tee) where is everyone elses extra pisser coming from?
SuperJETT said:Yep, 2 from the head so you can have even temps for both cylinders, and one from between the headpipe/stinger.
Although, I only run one from the head personally...
so you have a single pisser from the motor? I'd guess one from the pipe for a total of 2. I'm pretty sure I've seen 3 pissers from your old ski, am I missing one?yamaslut said:I thought it was not good to have a single feed discharging into two exits.. (ie. two exits off the head to bypass) I run one water signal into the exhaust mani. and two off the head T'ed into one, then bypass...

SuperJETT said:It just depends on the pressure/flow involved. I normally run restrictors in my outlets to maintain ~120F coming out of the head, so low pressure isn't an issue. Too low pressure can result in localized boiling which will create hotspots, and that's a result of not having high enough pressure going in or too many outlets.
