Other 24/7 Scupper flaps (replacment ideas)

What does everyone that has one of these bad boys do for a replacement flapper?

I run them on both my RN's and since changing them is not an option at this point, Im open to suggestions. Is there any hardware or speciality stores that would carry what I need to make my own?

Anyone that runs one of these know they are the shizz. I only need to fix one but would like enough rubber to do both flaps if need be down the road.

I remember making one for that purple and orange ski once....I think I just bought rubber and cut it in to a circle and drilled 2 holes maybe..I can't remember now...

lowes or home depot will have 12x12 rubber squares in the plumbing. just cut to size and screw back in, thats what i did

use to be you could call Chris Maros and he would send you the entire flap assembly..... Even 2-3 years later he would do this!!!!!!! Great Customer Service.
