Super Jet 2013 Superjet Tamper caps - Are my eyes deceiving me?

Hi Mat.. thought I'm going bonkers. This is not the first difference I noticed on the 2013 Superjet. Slight changes to the hull inside as well. Ordered the Blowsion Bilge pump bracket and that did not fit either. Contacted Blowsion and they informed me that they have not seen the new 2013 Superjets yet. Yamaha has moved the oem bracket to the opposite side of where it's normally.
 
Now some more help needed with the factory pipe carburettor tuning instructions. Seems to be a but confusing on the high speed screws. HIGH SPEED SCREWS 1 2 Turns out, please explain this to me. Is it One to two turns out or is it half a turn out. ......................Factory Tuning.jpg
 
.If its one to two turns out like MadMat suggests... it gives Factory and their tuning jocks a lot of play. In any case... here's my setup.

1. Flow control valve
2. Dual cooling
3. V-Force Reeds
4. Factory Limited Pipe .. Bottom Screw Half open, top screw 1/4 open
5. ADA Head standard domes / no porting etc ... standard motor.
6. Skat tark Swirl in the box 12/17 (Running the OEM Prop at the moment

Is the Factory instructions on the Picture above a misprint or there to confuse us?

Main Jet as per Factory Pipe = 135
Pilot Jet (70 Stock)
High Speed Screws = 1 1/2 Turns out (One full turn and the a (1/2) Half a turn out)
Low Speed Screws = 1 1/4 Turns out (One full turn an the a (1/4) Quarter Turn)
Needle $ Seat: = Stock
Spring = Stock

Aftermarket Flame arrestors / Riva Pre-filters
Factory Limited Pipe Bottom screw 1/2 open / Top screw 1/4 open
V-Force Reeds

Flow control valve
