l own a 2004 GPR800 that will start fine from a cold start.When it is run and up to full operating temp then shut off,it wants to start and stall,start and stall till it finally will run after a couple of minutes of doing this.You will get some slight flooding if you try to give it any gas during this time.The carbs have been completly rebuilt,but still the same problem.Local tech thought it was the pop off pressure,but have not messed with that yet.Any tech advise???

i just did one for a bud , i lowered the pop off , rejetted the high and low ,removed the accelerator pump

Well there is something then to the pop off pressure.l guess now l need to find out what jets to use and the correct pop off pressure.Removing the accelerator pump is interesting.ls it pushing to much fuel into the engine?

if the accel pump isnt perfect it will cause a bad low speed bog
the oem pop off is like 85 psi
