Other 2 bilge pumps but one thru hull fitting

has anyone run two bilge pumps with a y in the two pipes then to just one thru hull fitting? would like to drill as little holes in my new xfs as possible and thought this would be a good way to help.

1st question: why two bilge pumps?
2nd Question: you riding in ocean or lake?

1st Response: run one bilge if you really want one(I always run one but its personal preference for sure)
2nd response:quote from my friend Taylor Curtis, " I have not ran a bilge in 10 years, they are gay"

You could do it if you found a Gated-Wye. The odds of you finding someone who makes a 3/4" Y with a built in clapper valve is pretty much nill. You could invent one.

Two bilges to the same outlet would increase the PSI, so you would flow more GPM. However, it would not be the same as 2 separate lines. What's wrong with just running a larger bilge, like a 800 or 1000?

Unless you own a X2, or have a ski with no hood seal what-so-ever, a single 500 should handle any condition. I ran a single 500 at Daytona this year with a very very bad hood seal and still had very few problems.

Forget 2 500's and run one 1000 GPH pump. I've had a 1000 in my ski for 2 years now with 0 problems. Shoots water out like 15', gets a laugh every time. I call it my "Afterburner"
