Right now I am thinking that Chinky chanky Chinese stator is your problem , I had to go back and reread your first post , at first I thought you put in a new or known good OEM stator , it's kind of a three component system and the chances of those coils all being bad is next to none. If you know for a fact the CDI's are good then that leaves what ?

I spent a solid week at work diaging this very problem when I worked for a Kawi dealer. I ended up trying a brand new cdi and key fob, none of it changed anything. Also, Kawi does offer a cdi testing procedure but they require a crazy expensive Fluke multimeter to get the test values they state in the service manual. I cheated and just compared the values between both cdi units with my much less expensive multimeter and found both the original in the ski and the brand new one straight from Kawi had the exact same test values. So yes it is possible to test them as long as you have the service manual to follow the wire color test procedure. Moving forward, I tested the fuses, they looked good, they tested well but something kept nagging me in my mind to take apart the fuse block. Sure enough it was full of corrosion. The good thing is they can be cleaned up fairly easily and when you get them cleaned, before reassembling it coat all the electrical conctact points and paths in a good dielectric grease. After I rebuilt the fuse block, and I think I may have had to rebuild a pathway or two by soldering it back together...I have done this on many circuits before with great long term results, the ski ran and never came back until it was time to winterize it. He never had any further issues with it after that. This is the only dielectric grease I will use. I've tried several brands and this is by far the best.
