1996 Superjet build

So I made the switch from a SXR to a SJ last year around June. Bought a nice and gently used 1996 SJ hull off a member here. Needless to say I was excited. I have been gathering parts for the past year since I bought a bare hull. The ski is setup for trim and the hood modded for a dry pipe as it was an old race ski. I just want to ride ASAP, so it will be stock under the hood for now with some handling mods.

Under the hood:
-650 crank in 61x cases and a fresh 61x top end
-Stock exhaust for now...is there anyway to dry it out like my sxr stock pipe?
-Milled stock head
-61x stator and flywheel
-Undecided on carb setup, need input on running a single on the 61x motor or run duals
-factory pipe waterbox
-ebox from the VXR, still need a 701 cdi.
-bilge pump with mounting bracket
-couch mounts

Pump area/midshaft:
-jetmaniac is taking my VXR driveshaft and midshaft and making them compatible with my sj as well as rebuilding both the pump and midshaft
-144mm pump
-'08 big hub stock impeller from a SJ
-Worx SJ ride plate
-protec intake grate

Hull:
-reinforced the tray and going to reinforce the inside of the hull too
-Footholds already done
-pancake Pete done
-tubbies done
-straight bars
-beach house sponsons..will the tubbies and beach house rear sponsons be too much?
-billet gas cap
-UMI pole bracket
-UMI sealed bearing turnplate
-Jettrim "Bitch*n Stitchin" chinpad

Once I get this stuff back from Jetmaniac, I am going to install the complete pump and midshaft and work my way into the motor. The waterbox is already installed as well.

I really just need odds n ends parts to finish the build. Things I can think of would be:
-701 cdi
-Long exhaust hose, bought one from someone local and ended up being a squarenose hose that was cut and was not wide enough in diameter to fit my exhaust outlet. I will probably just buy a rad dudes house this time, lesson learned
-turf and underpadding
-gaskets for my motor
-carb setup
- small things like fuel and cooling lines, primer lines, grips, battery etc.

In no rush to finish the build as it is still a snow/rainy mix everyday here in Grand Rapids, plus I got an X2 for free I can ride in the meantime. Thanks and looking for some input!

Nah that's my posting I put up everything for sale just in case I get an offer I can't refuse. I've had this hull since June of last year

run the waterline from pipe stinger to a pisser and at high speed it will dry the pipe out. at low speed there will be minimal spray coming out and at wot it will be spraying smoothly. i did this on my sn with the 650 first. better power and more responsive. and same when i put the 701 in. it lets it warm up that little bit more to give it that sweet spot of a running temp. it depends on how cold the water is where you ride.

I ride in Michigan city Indiana the most on Lake Michigan. Never had my skis with me n Michigan so I'm looking for local spots around here

We'll I'm asking bc I have a nice dual 38 setup from a 62T motor just sittin here. It's for sale, but I it's better to run duals on a 61x then I would keep. But if its not much of a gain I would just sell them or trade for a single 44 setup

Got everything back from jetmaniac a couple weeks ago. Tore a muscle in my forearm dying spring practice so put things on a halt the past weeks. Today I got everything back in fits great. I realized I have no bolts for the ride plate. Does anyone know the size of the ride plate bolts
