This project havent ready yet... I have huge problems with shipments from US and now im still waiting hydroturfs and some small parts...

But i got some parts from machine shop and mine crankcases are painted and ready for assembly. I hope i get motor in place next week.

There is picture of parts that i design for Greater head that doesnt have places for exhaust mount, there is also girdle kit that i made. Also i need to do adapter plate for those sxr stock carbs to R&D manifold. I luckily have brand new sxr carbs when i found out that mine sbn 44's are not matching pair (other OEM and Other aftermarket). I think also that engine will work much better with those 40 sbn's. Because i left that engine complete stock about internals. No porting.

I got some done.

Now i have crankcase assembled and also i got that hood liner ready. It is 1,2mm thick carbon prepreg sheet. Which i glued in sn stock hood. I use 3M DP490 glue. It is little weak without liner but now it feels very solid and i think it is more durable in feels than 3dr sxi pro race hood.

I remove also anodize from head and polish it and also made adapter plate for those carbs. Also got linkages and others working.

i hope i get cylinder decked tomorrow (sanding with glass plate) and motor assembled.

more pics...

Those steel and aluminum parts on the liner is just for weight. I will take better pictures when the glue is fully contacted.

Here you can see mine own exhaust bracket and adapter plate. I can draw some 2d picture out of it if someone is needing it.

surfjetlouie: I changed the whole front end so i think it isnt worth of use your item. I think your parts long time but i have allready started to fabricate mine before you get yours ready for sale... I may buy your hood later, when i broke mine stock item. It is also super expensive and risky send items like hoods with usps or some other service.

Also i have moulds from the sponsons and other parts that i made.

rn pole

Looks like the round pole is going to work with the stock bracket. Was thinking of going that way, tired of scratching my paint. When are you going to gas it up and ride.

Long time since i updated that project but now summer is coming and i need a ride... So some progress. I got that pipe mounted and it was pain in the ass... I had to move motor to put it place. but now only waterlines and carb fuel lines are the only ones is missing. After that it is ready... That project took much more time that i newer thinks...

I will post pictures soon...
