The 750 motor and electric box has been installed since 2007. Everything works fine but was concerned about too much restriction using the original 650 exhaust.

My GPS reads 28 MPH with the current set-up. I will consider an impeller swap this winter. I may try a larger cooling hose and fittings to the overboard pisser. On a recent river trip I discovered that it burns about four gallons an hour.

theres SP= small pin and BP=big pin
small pin = better low end
big pin= better top end and longer crank life
10-4 I'm using a '93 sp 750 motor from an SS with the original 40mm Kiehin.
After '95, weren't the exhaust ports raised to help with top end?

all my bone stock ones did 28-29 mph

No, never touched any foam. It has a stainless impeller in it. No idea what pitch, was in it when we bought it

Which Coffman pipe is he using? I have a 44 and manifold that would fit. What impeller and pitch would work best with a 750 Jetmate?
I prefer to keep the stock block for reliability but use reeds, carbs, exhaust and impellers to tweak performance.
