Alright I'm just guessing now. It runs fine on the trailer but as soon as the water gets in the water box(muffler) it starts running like sh*t. I dont know this damn thing has got me so mad . My water box is a mariner this shouldnt matter which inlet and outlet I used basically could I have them backwards?

restrict the water going into the pipe you might be pumping way to much water into the stinger
Just might have got it figured out I think it was the friggin water box . Its still raining here but I tested on the trailer it was tons better but I still think theres too much water in the pipe cone(stinger). I'm riding tomorrow rain or not so I'll let you guys know how it goes. Thanks for all the help.

Alright finally got to ride today switching the water box made a big difference but it still boggy down low. It hits really hard up top it runs dead even with my buddies stock SXR we raced twenty times today even every time. Its still not right when you hit it down low it takes a couple of seconds to hit I still think theres too much water in the pipe and since this motor came out of a race boat the port job is for all out race. It fouled a set of plugs also but it hauls ass if you want to run all out. I'm going to restrict more water from the pipe but I think I need to switch cylinders out for one that is freestyle ported . Does anyone know someone to send the cylinder to for Freestyle porting since I have an extra cylinder setting around. I'm going to tweak on it for awhile we see but if any of you guys know anybody to port it let me know. I dont know if LPW, Jetworks ,Team scream ,Etc even mess with 650s. I think group K still does but not for sure. I'm going to Havasu for the world finals so I figured I would see someone from group k to ask.

yes, everyone that has ridden it has been shocked with the power and that was w/ the stock electrics. the total loss i just installed is TITS and i have to do a little more tunning then some porp tuning for sure. it will pull me right out of a tailstand with just the blip of the throttle now without hesitation.

Alright think this is it after spending countless dollars and wasted all summer. I think it was the pipe getting flooded with water every time the water was limited from the stinger it got better so now just enough water to keep the hose from burning up and I think we've got it. Also never use a PJS water box my ears are still ringing two days later.
