That may have done it, but usually to evap all the water out of the cases and crank it is recommended to take it to the lake and run it hard for 30 minutes. You might be ok with the driveway run but if it was my ski I would already have it back at the lake.

Wow this got way more replies than I was planning. I did turn down the splines in the prop to make sure the driveshaft did not bottom out on the splines and ruin them. My problem was this 1/2” thick rubber bushing in the prop that was preventing the driveshaft from sliding all the way back...

Installing this sxr prop in my x2. Cut back 6mm all three cuts were made so I thought it would have no problem fitting. I was thinking maybe would have to make small adjustments to motor mounts but there is no reason the pump should be this far off. My motor is all the way forward so can’t make...

Looking to buy stock big hub sxr prop 13/18 I believe from what ive read is what they come stock. It is going in my 701 x2. I can cut back to fit my pump but if you already have a cutback one Ill take it. Stock prop isnt cutting it im bouncing off rev limiter way to much. Thanks

I definitely have a balance issue now. As soon as I put it in the water yesterday I saw it was lower on that side. The handling was different but nothing terrible, it is an x2 without tubbies and a heavier engine so there was not much "good" handling to begin with. Tubbies are next to help carry...

All bolted in. Fits really nice. About 1/2" from the battery and 1/4” above the battery tray. Solid as hell.

Update: finally got the chance to waterjet the brackets today out of 3/16” 6061. Quick countersink and tap and they are ready for mock up this weekend. Here are some pics for your enjoyment

Little confused let me make sure im reading this right. So a FPP kawi chamber fits best in the x2 only with a kawi motor but it doesnt fit well with a 701 because of the headpipe angle? I am better off running a b pipe chamber and melting my tank a little because the b-pipe chamber fits better...
