Debond marine is the only thing I have found that will dissolve 5200. Spray on, let it sit for a bit and gently pry off

Pics would help of your setup. But it sounds like you have single cooling. If you want dual cooling, one option is to T off the line from the pump and route it to the manifold taps and re route as above. This isn't true dual cooling but does serve a purpose. The other option is to delete...

That line is to stock siphon. Delete that and tap exhaust manifold. Then route cooling as below and add a second pisser.
