Surpejet Foam problem

I notice that a lot of Superjet have the foam in the back of the ski very wet , I know some of the water is coming from the engine compartment where the 2 round stickers are , what is the best way to removed that foam and make it so it does not happen again

You essentially need to cut out the tray and remove all foam and put in closed cell foam or ping pong balls.

I also sealed off those holes with a few layers of 3m 5200
