yep that's my dilemma, looks like i can get all the parts needed, but, there is a sleeve inside the pump im guessing were both the bearings butts up against. The cone side is good, but the prop side has about ¼” material beating away. Can I still use this pump?

(1988 650sx) Kawi’s are new to me and I took the challage Helping out a friend to get this ready for the Monday. he didn't know to put grease in the pump...Time is not on my side, but money is. can anyone suggest places for parts? Or maybe a complete pump ready to go? Any suggestions or help...

compared to my 2010 version, the # are the same, but we did notice the assy that locks down the rev. limiter screw is a little different design. wonder if these are imitations like with the ada head?
