Looking at upgrading my 865 xscream motor to a xscream 1000cc. How does the xscream 1000cc compare to the, similar displacement options out there? Been out of the scene for some time so I don't have any experience with the newer options.

I am putting a new crank in my xscream 865 engine and noticed that although my cylinders and pistons are fine, my wrist pins have light grooves in them. New wrist pin bearings come with my crank. Can I just replace the wrist pins alone or do I have to get new Pistons too?

I have a 14 vein 144 mag that is being a bastard! When I bought the ski it had the typical mag pump swelling going on and busted the oem housing. Skat impeller was burned and worn on the edges where it was hitting the wear ring. Mag vein section sent out and had it machine fit to a new housing...

Im in the market for some motor mounts. I have seen many slightly used sets of the cold fusion mounts for sale. Any reviews on these? Why have people been buying them then selling them soon after? Rubber too hard?

Installed a new midshaft housing, bearings, midshaft, seals and coupler. Motor and pump seem to be aligned correctly. What could cause this issue? Bad bearing? I thought it was the crank bearings going but midshaft was much hotter than the crank.

Sick set up. Very robust design and very fine machining. Quick shipping too which about gave me a heart attack. My rrp systems clamp cracked. Looked like it was made of a cast material. Hopefully this will last the life of the ski. Very nice thick bearing. Easy install on rrp cast pole.

SS865 riders. Do you prefer SBN 46's or 49mm full specs on these motors?
