All I can say it that every set of holds that have been popped out of my molds have been West Systems Epoxy Resin and I have never had a bad set over the years. I also use West Systems exclusively to install them with 404 filler for the first bond.

I hate to say it but I would start a new set and use epoxy resin from the start and scrap the poly resin holds.
I know it takes very little resin to make them and glass is cheep so do yourself a favor and use the first set as the prototype and learning experience.

Not enough iron in 300 series to be hardened but something else must be going on here that I am not aware of I will read up on 301FH. 300 series chrome -nickel non-hardening austenitic (non-magnetic)
