I used my 1/2 inch drill bit then used a die grinder to gently widen the hole to where the outlet just slips in with a little force.
I then smathered the underside of the outlet with a little silicone sealant upon installation.
So I ended up with a cracked dome on my rear cylinder. My 35cc domes were cranking out about 160-170 psi each so I opted to try to get to around 185psi with R&D's 32cc domes.
I got them in Saturday and installed them tonight only to find out I now have 210psi in each cylinder and a tank half...
