There is no ban on the CO river at Laughlin. It starts above Laughlin at Davis Dam and goes upstream through Lake Mohave, Lake Mead, and Lake Powell. The 2 stroke ban is only in the US National Parks areas only. Wide open for 2 strokes all the way to Mexico.

Boy, you got that right. I've never been there except for driving though a bunch times for my work.. We stayed at the Aquarius(very nice) and i won a little money at least. I'll stick with going to Vegas from now on. Its definitely worth the extra miles.
