I did that to a perforated ear drum that i got from a big flat slap on the water. Thought it was just water in my ear and put "Swim ear" in my ear. Swim Ear is mostly all alcohol. Needless to say i was flopping around on the floor like a fish in major pain yelling and screaming. It felt like...
Ya, and then you could improve that with the half pipe "climax" kit...lol
I once built a poor mans b pipe on a FX-1 using a Coffmans manifold and the 650SX head pipe/chamber. Worked well!
The term "bread box" originally came from the box shaped POS chamber on the /400/440/550's, and another thing you can really tell that Yamaha was worried about the exhaust design is that silly OEM exhaust manifold. Looks like a shortened F'ed up Goose pole...:lmao:
The front has a little SS plate the hits on 2 tits on the shaft(lol) between the hull. The rear(inside) has a bigger plate before the nuts. Hope that makes sense. Just google bow eye for a pic.
Any 12 volt solenoid will work, but it needs to fit in the box. I bought a couple waveraiders to part out once and one of the elec. boxes had a Seadoo solenoid crammed in there..lol
Thanks Trav! You are great to deal with too. I plan on shipping out today for ya!
Thanks again for your business!

Love the Air Square build DAG! But it looks like you need a resin roller. I'm seeing lots of air pockets/bubbles.
Keep up the good work! What pump/impeller you gonna run in there?
