I did use Dow foam on the bottom only this is where I left channels for and water that may enter the hull to have a path to the sides and back to the rear of the ski to exit my drain plugs. Guess I am just ahead of my time.:biggrin: Mark44

Not a bad idea at all. Would also need something small enough to fit under the scupper tube and exhaust. I think the ½ flotation balls would work for that.

I used 5/8" thick 101 nylon in the back of my hull to accept the 1/4" npt drain plugs. I epoxied the pieces in each side under exhaust and under scupper tube. Mark44
