Most places will also not sell Imron to an individual ,I won't touch the stuff personally and you need an air supplied respirator to shoot it,no cartridge style respirator is safe for shooting Imron with.

Because tees and fittings in general create restriction ,so what you have just accomplished is further restricting the stock cooling system by running it through a tee and another fitting,not exactly what you were shooting for would be my guess.

Ok first off 550 hulls are painted with Imron,no gelcoat anywhere also no reason to remove it even if it was.Don't bother with spray can primer its crap,primer is relatively cheap and you need decent primer.You need only sand the primer to 320*400 grit ,you want the paint to have some tooth 2000...

You must have not ever ridden anything with a truly modded big bore stroker engine in it yet,take my advice ,don't do it,my worst mistake ever was riding Crammits ski at the SFF.
