Sounds like a pop off issue to me,the kehins are really touchy regarding pop off pressure,just like a Mikuni you have to have the correct spring in there or its not gonna work.

It is a bolt in swap,you can either use the entire 750 elect box and strap it onto the side of the fuel tank or mount it somewhere or use the stator and flywheel off the 650 on the 750 and use the 650 electrics.The cases must be modded to accept the stator if you want to use the 650 electrics...
