it worked !!! 150 120 2.0 n/s 95 spring 18lbs pop off 1.5 turns out on both adjuster's i did notice better bottom end !!! thanks for the wisdom !!! gorilla

specialfx, i just put the 46mm wetjet setup on my fx1. mike at northwet set it up with 120-150 jets, 2.0 n/s, a 95 spring at 18lbs pop off. sound about right ??? i have no idea on the adjustment screws ??? i dont have a b pipe header or chamber yet, but i did put the 61x b pipe exhaust...

i found this on that other jetski site. it's a way to mod a stock 650sx kawasaki pipe to run less water inside. it's been raining for a couple of weeks now in the pdx area, so it's time to do some r+d !!! gorilla

that motor was maybe one of the 3 motor's done-up by dave robinson from jetpro. he now has www.gokartracer.com as his business. if you fly into sfo, his track is less than 10 minutes from the airport. it would make for a GR8 stop over before you head to downtown san francisco. good luck gorilla

idok, that there gas tank in your fx1 sure looks like a sj gas tank ??? how did you get it to fit with those wonderful "glued" in battery box + gas tank strap mount's ??? gorilla

that's called the beginner class. it is the cheapest class too. anything goes too. you could have a eme 1200 mod motor, and still race in that class. if memory serves me right, you can only race 3 times in begineer's, then it's off to the novice classes. good luck gorilla

mike at northwetpowersports has new FX1 replacement front hood latch's in stock. "WAY BETTER DESIGN" than the stock yamaha latch that will break in two after time. i got one !!! gorilla

i'll give you kv ignition user's a bit of proven wisdom, throw the kv coils away and get a harley davidson screamin eagle black 12volt coil !!! they cost ariund $55-60usd. good luck gorilla

one came allmost off, but not all the way off the silicone. the silicone was not fully on contact with the hull, but i did a better job this time on that one. i did put some thicker washers on the ride plate allready. i got some fx1 hull ext's coming, yes fx1 hull ext's !!! i just need to get...
