you got it! with the "right" riding style it will become more evident...... the hesitation will be similar to that of a carb that is a bit too lean..

let the boat drop to a nice steady idle in the water.......then mash the throttle with each prop.. the concord will have an ever-so-slight hesitation right off the bottom......the skat will just rip right out going to try and swap a skat 12-17 in for the 13/17 I have on the F1 tonite...
