Jump the start/stop switch connector near the electrical box to see if the problem is above or below that connection. I think it's a brown wire and a white wire. If it turns over, obviously it's with the on/off switch. If it doesn't, the problem lies in the box. My guess would be that...

ESs will be too long and will dent the pistons. I was being funny. If it's spins well with the plugs out, the starter's probably dead. If it spins the same, I would check my connections again.

How does it spin with the plugs out? If they're BR8ESs, then I know what the problem is.
