EVERY GASKET MADE FOR YEAR 2 STROKE YAM KAW SEADOO, also aftermarket parts gaskets(pipe, intake, carb, etc). All gaskets made fresh daily! Ah! that new gasket smell and feel! New gaskets do dry out over time and will not crush and seal as well the first time! We dont stock bins full of gaskets...

Looks like oil has soak into the fiberglass/resin over the years and stained it permanently. I wouldn't worry about it.

Use the brass seat from a worn SBN needle and seat. You can drill it to any size you need. It will fit perfectly into cooling lines. I have sets of 2mm and 3mm that I used to run when I rode a lot in cold weather in NE. Then you just SS hose clamp them inside the line before the pisser outlet.

When i first moved here to Havasu 13+ years ago I worked for a ski/boat rental place for 6 months and they still had 2 stroke Yam 701 61X or 62T based sit downs with hour meters and they could 700-800+ hours on one before a rebuild was needed, and thats a rental with morons, spring breakers...

Another thing about gel coat on a hull is that gel coat doesnt flex very well, and that's when you get the hair line cracks(but that is mostly cosmetic).. but its does take a lot of abuse.

If you have a smooth surface to start with and you want gel coat(I would recommend auto body paint), you can add a additive that makes it flow out real smooth, almost paint like. I have used the Duratec high gloss additive many times and it really worked well, and makes for MUCH less wet...

It will interesting to say the least if these winds keep up today . 50 mph winds out there now! It was blowing real hard all day yesterday and I hoped it would die down for today, but was very windy all night too.

I have a Craftsman, middle of the road in pricing I would say($60). Any kit you buy will have all the adapters you'll need for any spark plug size or length.
