Cool. Yeah, I have all my pumps set up like that. Flash, is that freeze out style plug blow out a common problem? Never heard of or experience that problem. Maybe I should pull my pumps and take care of it before it becomes a problem.

yeah, I sometimes will run a mikuni main jet in the head cooling lines to slow the flow if needed. In the spring the water is pretty cold up here... cooling is not an issue, in fact getting your motor up to temp is sometimes harder. Then I pull them out in the summer when the water temp is back...

Someone makes a back flush kit that has an end that will fit right into one of the pissers and flow water back in the opposite direction. I installed a T between my two incoming cooling lines and used a flush kit from a GP1200. So when I hook up my hose it runs both pipe and cylinder cooling...

I'm running dual cooling. One cooling line goes into the bottom of my head pipe, so I have 1 from the top of my head pipe with a T to the stinger and overboard. Then one cooling line split and into each side of the exhaust manifold, and then one line from each cylinder. So, 2 cylinder pissers...

Muskie? Hell yeah. I have read in the paper of kids having lost toes while swimming in deep water from a boat.

Damn, that's a pretty big fish... On the great lakes... screw the stureon, watch out for muskie... they have razor sharp teeth like a baracuda and will easily take off a few toes.
