I am not sure how either 750 pipe will perform on an 850 with SXR porting...sounds like your putting the wrong pipe on the motor to me...but fastony seems to have 1st hand experience. I guess go with his advice.

My Xmetal leaks like crazy...maybe because it is pump dump??? My 24-7 sealed perfectly...wish I still had it. I run an 1100 Rulemate bilge pump...this is the best pump out there, hands down and doesn't need a switch.

I would not run ANY dry pipe if you are looking for reliability... I've seen too many of them crack, blow couplers, and blow lourde mounts. With that setup, I'd mod in an SXR wetpipe.

Skip the R&D arrestors and pull the rubber stompers out of the stocker...sell those and get a light flywheel. Bore the nozzle and a flow control valve...should be rippin... follow FP instructions for tuning...don't forget to change the carb jets to FP specifications.

Love my lightweight -2 Trinity SXR in the surf....I'm not a big air backy/roll guy, but this thing slashes and carves and re-entries like a champ. Still no cracks or problems with workmanship.
