Thanks for all the input guys. Any suggestions for wire brush tips to get into the tight spots? In case I cant get that pressure washer I'm planning on running a second 3/8 line for dual cooling, don't know why I didn't when I widened the tray the first time.. what's the way to go...

Lots of water. I'm hoping at least 30-40 lbs of foam and water come out of here. Got some foam out today but it's slow going. Hoping to borrow a pressure washer tomorrow to finish it off.

More Progress. My day was hectic and I was only able to squeeze in about 2 hours of work on this thing. I was able to get the tray out, with about every flathead screwdriver I own and the sacrifice of the PVC front foothold. Lots of wet foam to play with tomorrow.

Yep definitely just going to knock that out of the way. Probably going to refoam with the pink sheet foam and add drains while I'm at it. Didn't get the tray out but got more turf removed yesterday.

Definitely waterlogged. Found a bad seal around the exhaust pipe. Leaned the ski back and water started dripping out. Figured I'd just go ahead and fix it while the ski is this torn down. Hopefully I'll have the tray out tomorrow

Reinforced Fx-1 with tubbies, gas filler hose, scoop grate and hull hardware weighed in at 123 lbs. Seems a bit heavy to me, I'm afraid of the foam being waterlogged but I guess I'll have to wait till I tear her down again to find out.
