i just changed out my paper filter this weekend..it was new in march and there was TONS of crap in there.. the little cone shaped stone filters always clogged on me...... the OEM's seem to last forever, but I have a feeling chuck uses the paper filters for a reason....

even if you saved the one, dont use it...replace all four and keep that one as an emergency spare.. if you replace 3, and use 1 old one it will weaken the other three (just like if you use a mix of good and bad batteries)....
