B-pipe prop head. You can get these things used however b-pipes don't last long in the "for sale" threads. I would call Impros for the prop and if money is tight mill your stock head instead of buying an aftermarket head.

Those old style things work great. Friend had one and it rolled easy even over dry sand. Anything is better than that 20+ foot drag which tires you out more than a 20 minute ride.

That Daytona sand is some hard shait. This wouldn't be used to get the ski to the car or to the sea wall, the regular cart with big tires would do that. This little one would only be used in the wet sand between rides.
