There fixed it

Make sure it is towards the back of the pump cavity,my 300SX had it next to where the bilge line went through the hull,that thing cavitated so bad it was hardly ridable till i moved the exit out the rear of the ski.

I used 1" for the main frame and handle and 1 1/2 for the upper piece the handle and bent legs connect to,metal can be gotten quick and cheap off of Ebay.

The welding is done and it looks very nice,they even painted it,however in my haste to get it to the welding shop I forgot to take the braces so I have to take it back and have them welded on.

Yes get rid of the stock pole that is where all the weight is.

Get white primer, problem solved, good primer is available in colors, cheap primer is not, you get what you pay for.

The 650SX is lighter than a Superjet by quite a bit,I am not going to say it is a good freestyle boat without a lot of work though.
